By accessing or using our Website or placing a call through our referral lines, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using our Website immediately.

2. Nature of Services & Independent Contractor Disclaimer

We do not directly perform roofing services, roof repairs, replacements, or inspections. All roofing work, estimates, contracts, guarantees, and warranties are negotiated directly between you and the independent third-party roofing contractor assigned to your project.

It is solely your responsibility to verify that any contractor you choose to hire maintains all required Texas licenses, bonding, and liability insurance before commencing any work.

3. TCPA Consent & Communications

By submitting a quote request or dialing our phone numbers, you expressly authorize Denton Roofer, operator Junaid Ahmed, and participating partner network contractors (including Lead Smart partner networks) to contact you by phone, automated dialing system, artificial or pre-recorded voice, and SMS/MMS text messages at the telephone number you provide.

You understand that consent is not a prerequisite to purchasing services. Standard cellular carrier rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by requesting to be placed on our internal do-not-call list or replying “STOP” to text messages.

4. User Conduct & Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting inquiries through our Website. You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false inquiries, or to disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of our systems.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Denton Roofer, OPERATOR Junaid Ahmed, OR OUR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES PERFORMED BY ANY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Denton County, Texas.
